**Check 4 — 生年四化落點合理性：**
* 生年祿、權、科、忌四個四化全部有落點
* 四化所在的星曜必須係該年生年四化表對應的正確星曜

**如任一 Check 失敗：**
不進入 Phase 1，直接回覆用戶：
